The GLEAM Isolation Shield is equipped with an acoustic foam front and a vented backplate, allowing the microphone to "breathe" and preventing reflections within the arc of the shield. It utilizes a dual clamp mounting bracket that attaches to booms or stands up to 3/8- 5/8" in diameter. Two outer panels can be folded inward for storage or to create a tighter acoustic isolation chamber. The shield can be used in a normal upright orientation or inverted, allowing the microphone to hang down inside the chamber.
